SUCCESS STORY #9

Problem:
After its successful “Stroke Awareness” campaign, The University Hospital wanted a similar program for Heart Attack.

The Lewis Solution:
Framed around a strong, direct headline, “ Know the signs of a Heart Attack. Act Fast” Lewis developed an awareness campaign hitting at the basics. The answer was to have treatment at the University Hospital Heart Attack Center. Used in the campaign were bus kings and interior cards, bus shelters, shopping cart displays and color newspaper ads in the Newark area.

Results:
During the campaign’s three month duration, more than 26 outreach programs were held with excellent results as the audience said they were aware of the dangers. The intake members at trauma center for the heart attack patients were higher than previously measured. The University Hospital administrators were again pleased with our work; our peers gave us a Silver Astra award from the Communication and Marketing Association of New Jersey.
